WORK WITH ME
I am passionate about supporting artists & organisations to develop and reach their ambitions whilst embedding operational and creative best practice in a sustained and considered way.
I work approximately 3.5 days a week and work across a portfolio of longer term collaborations, short term consultancy work and sector development work.
I have listed below some of the things I can offer, but I am always open to talking about different types of work. You can read more about current projects here.
I work in and around: navigating change, strategic planning, interim management, executive producing, fundraising, organisational culture, building and embedding systems and processes that are aligned with developing ethical and compassionate organisational cultures.
*Please note: I have availability for new projects and consultancy from January 2025. I have a small amount of availability for mentoring and coaching from September 2024.
Over the last 15 years I have built a reputation across producing artists and companies, sector facing development and arts leadership.
I use my skills and experiences of cultural leadership, artistic visioning & strategic thinking to centre inclusive care-filled approaches to working, both within organisations and across projects.
I work in a values led way, prioritising integrity, care, honesty and openness. I want to build relationships with artists and organisations that are people-centred, that seek bold and ambitious ways of doing things.
