I’m Emily, a Creative Consultant, Executive Producer, Facilitator & Coach with 15 years experience of producing and arts leadership based in Bristol. I am led by values of integrity, care, honesty and openness.

I work with individuals and organisations across the cultural sector that align with my values across the U.K. and beyond.

I am driven by a desire to build a more open, generous and connected sector and use my skills and experiences of cultural leadership, artistic visioning & strategic thinking to centre inclusive care-filled approaches to working, both within organisations and across projects.

A significant part of my practice is sector facing (with a focus on live performance) and I am currently leading several pieces of work relating to this. You can read more about this here.
